Housing Search and Unit Identification

Guides individuals through affordable listings, shared living opportunities, rooms for rent, and low cost units that match their budget. Together, we evaluate options, contact landlords, and schedule viewings.

Application Assistance

Help individuals complete rental applications, upload documents, and respond to property manager requests. When a member is also connected to Medi Cal, we coordinate with the approved Medi Cal housing funds administrator to ensure alignment with any housing related supports they may already be receiving.

Coordination With Landlords and Property Managers

Our team supports communication, clarifies rental criteria, and helps individuals understand expectations before move in.

Move In Support

Once someone is accepted for a unit, we provide lease review, utility setup guidance, and preparation for a smooth transition into their new home.
